User-friendly and well-arranged website, upon arrival at the airport it turned out to be no problem to take the car with you that same evening instead of the next morning (as booked).

Booked a car very shortly in advance, one day. Stupid of me, not my official name but after a call no problem. At the local landlord everything in order and as agreed. Very nice.

We have already rented a car five times via autohuren.nl. Twice in Italy, in France, Switzerland and New Zealand. Everything was well arranged in advance, no hassle when picking up because you would have to take out extra insurance. Always the car we requested or comparable and once even a free upgrade. In short, highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

Correct handling and the right car.

The AutoEurope counter at Zurich Airport was easy to find. Had rented a Skoda Rapid shift car or equivalent for 3 days. Received a Seat Leon station 4x4 automatic transmission for the same price! Now I also preferred a machine, but that was a lot more expensive when booking. So a pleasant surprise. It is true that if you are not used to a vending machine you may face a problem .. the desk employee should have asked this in advance. The parking garage and the car was around the corner.., self-inspected, saw some extra damage and stains on chairs, back to the counter and passed, got a neatly adjusted damage report. When returning the car to the garage, I was neatly accompanied by an employee who inspected the car with a flashlight all around. The report was then signed on the spot and it was done. Within 2 days the limited deposit of only 300 euros was released again. Making a reservation on the Autohuren site was easy. Chosen for worry free, in this case it was.

Good service. All went smoothly. The price announced is what you pay. No hidden fees. The car I booked was not available. They gave me an equivalent... with same comfort, the same luxe.
